How we share things with each other

 We are Diana and Alex

We are a married couple just trying to be a little bit better everyday. Whether we call it Wellness, Self-Care, a growth journey, or anything else, it's about trying to become the best version of ourselves individually and as a couple. We try to take it one step at a time but also  believe that wellness encompasses so many aspects of our lives–mental, physical, spiritual, financial, and emotional.

We started this journey individually by ourselves a long time ago and when we met, we discovered that we both had the hunger to always seek out ways to "be better" and to grow in all aspects of our lives– so we started doing it together. We also discovered that we could learn from each other and amplify our wellness search by taking the things that were more "targeted" towards one of us, and apply it to the other person.

For example, it's not very common for a woman to listen to a cage fighting or boxing coach talk about discipline or mindset– these coaches' audience is dominantly men. But many of the things they talk about apply to the human mind, regardless of gender, and can be utilized by anyone in so many other disciplines in life.

Another example comes from self care videos on TikTok and girls doing their skin care routines talking into the camera. Self care routines have a lot of crossover for both genders and even so, aren't JUST a physical form of self-care actually.

These are just examples of how we share content and knowledge with each other that we may not otherwise get if we weren't together– and we want to share it here as well.

We're never going to stop seeking knowledge and ways to be better. We'll try almost everything once and we'll never declare something is for everyone. Life is about the journey, new experiences, and getting into new and sometimes uncomfortable situations to learn something new about ourselves. It's why we're always excited about the next chapter, and never sad about the previous one ending– we're glad it happened and we'll never forget it.

We are Diana and Alex– come get to know
